Beware of Phone Spoofing!
We have been made aware of a phone spoofing scam going around. Phone number spoofing scams trick you into giving up money or info by making the caller ID show a trusted number (like your bank, a government agency, or a local number).
Be wary of callers who use generic greetings, or sound unprofessional or unfamiliar, even if the caller ID looks legitimate.
Hang up or let the call go to voicemail.
